Including at least six hours in United States history and six hours in non-United States history. At least 6 hours of the eighteen hours of History Electives must be at the 400 level. The 6 hours of History Electives at the 400 level plus the required course HI 495 (3) means that students will complete at least 9 hours at the 400 level to meet graduation requirements. HI 101 and HI 102 or HI 201 and HI 202 are prerequisites for all 300-level history courses. HI 301W is a prerequisite for all 400-level history courses.
