Topics include strategic planning and execution, financial statements, reporting, systems analysis, project management, and organizational structures and leadership. Prerequisite: MA 125.

This course covers the concepts, processes, tools, and strategies for successful planning, design, and implementation of engineering-related systems. Topics include modeling, simulation, performance metrics, system performance, risk, and variability. Prerequisites: MA 345, MGEG 270.
