MGEG 270. Introduction to Engineering Management. (3 Credits)
This course provides an introduction to the broad field of engineering management with focus on fundamental areas and how they affect both human, financial, and physical systems in engineering-related industries. Topics include strategic planning and execution, financial statements, reporting, systems analysis, project management, and organizational structures and leadership. Prerequisite: MA 125.

MGEG 370. Engineering Systems Analysis and Design. (3 Credits)
This course covers the concepts, processes, tools, and strategies for successful planning, design, and implementation of engineering-related systems. Topics include modeling, simulation, performance metrics, system performance, risk, and variability. Prerequisites: MA 345, MGEG 270.

MGEG 380. Engineering Project Management. (3 Credits)
This course covers the selection, planning, execution, management, and completion of engineering-related projects. Topics include project management techniques, feasibility, project phases, milestones, Gantt charts, resource allocation, budgeting, teams, and management of change. Prerequisites: MG 331, MGEG 270.
